• If the mode is cash, then the refund would be in the passenger's bank account.

Connect Via Online:

Passengers who have e-tickets or made payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, or other UPI methods can apply for a refund through Solaseed Airlines' official website. There is a small process to follow:

• Visit the official website of Solaseed Airline.

• Click on Manage bookings and select refund.

• To complete the process, complete the required information like the last name mentioned on the ticket, PNR number, or 13 digits, ticket number, or flight number.

• If the payment method were a credit or debit card, the refund would be in a credit or debit card.

• The refund process will take 7-10 business days for the Credit Card or Debit Card payment method.

Connect Via Offline:

If passengers have purchased a physical ticket through an online payment method, Bring the ticket to the Solaseed Airport ticket counter to apply for a refund request:

• Passengers should visit the Solaseed Airport ticket counter.

• Share the physical ticket and banking details with the customer care representative.

• They will process the refund request.

• Passengers who use Credit Cards for a payment method must bring it or share another original payment method.

• The refund process will take 10-15 business days.

Passengers who have made payment through cash must go to the Solaseed Airlines information center or Customer Service Counter at the Airport. The customer Support Supervisor will ask you about the confirmation number you received at the time of ticket purchase, the ticket number, and the last name mentioned on the ticket. You cannot make a refund request online; you must visit the Customer service counter. The airline will refund the amount within ten business days after the completion of the procedure.
